HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR UNMOTIVATED UPLINE IN AG NUTRITION MLM BUSINESS
Almost everyday uplines only complain about downlines. They ask questions like.
How can I motivate my downlines?
How can I get my downlines into production mode?
How can I make my make my downlines to step up and assume the leadership role so that they produce more in their business.
How can I do this, how can I do that.... to my downlines.
Yes I often get these questions almost all the time from uplines.
From observations it looks as if downlines are the only problem in our industry.. is that true???
we also have few uplines that break the motivation of their downlines.
An upline can bring in someone into the business just to back out without any tangible reason.
This can be really frustrating to the downline most especially if the downline is new to our industry.
This act can shatter the belief that the new person had about our industry and the company.
This isn't only bad for business but it may end up damaging the relationship shared between the upline and the downline.
When this happens, most downlines quit the business because the person that was supposed to guide them isn't available.
This leaves them with a bad ideology towards that particular company and our industry.
Some downlines who have leadership skills usually stick , figure things out by themselves and sail through this period.
In most cases, most of them normally intend encouraging their uplines to continue in the business which usually result to them searching for ideas on how to do this.
In today's training, if you are in such a situation or you know anyone in that situation, keep calm and relax because you are at the right place at the right time.
I will walk you through the ways by which you can motivate your upline not just to get back to the business but to also return with super energy that will uplift everyone in the team.
Most people may ask questions like..
But do I really need to bother myself about motivating my upline.
My answer is it depends on who your upline is.
If your upline is a leader, there's a need to bring him or her back into the team because his/her work, energy and ideas will assist in your growth.
Network marketing is a team's work everything affects everything.
Every positive energy counts .
When you have more leaders in your team you all can combine efforts and pull through.
On the contrary, if your upline isn't a leader, I don't see any reason of motivating him or her because the person is likely not going to be motivated.
Even if that person gets back into the business, nothing will happen.
On a side note; please I am not saying that your unmotivated upline is a bad person, he/she is a good person all I want you to understand is that you should only spend time motivating your upline who is a leader, who will impact the team when they return.
Below are ways you can motivate your upline.
#1 act as if you don't observe their inactiveness in the team. : Don't let your upline know that you know that he or she isn't in business again else this strategy won't work on the person.
Present a front that makes the person feels that you believe that they are still actively involved in the business.
#2 HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR UPLINE; GIVE HIM OR HER A COMPLETE UPDATE ABOUT ALL YOUR ACTIVITIES:
updating your upline concerning what you are doing in the business will also excite him or her.
This will put the person in a great frame of mind that speaks possibilities for a brighter future.
Everyone loves good news feed them with every detail.
#3HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR UPLINE; TELL/ SHOW HIM YOUR PLANS FOR YOUR BUSINESS.; if you have a target with a wonderful strategy to reaching your target, this will light his brain with fantasies and a strong confident that you are up to something. This will equally reflect how possible he too can accomplish anything he wants to accomplish in the business.
He/she will readily think of his benefits from your work.
#4HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR UPLINE; ASK FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION ;
requesting for his contribution towards the target you are trying to reach is a super way of getting him to start thinking more about the business.
Like it's always said that we become what we think about.
Once you succeed in engaging his brain to think about the business most of the time he will gradually starts being engaged in the business activities.
This step does not only make him to feel important that you are requesting an idea from him concerning what you are about to accomplish, but it also gives you an opportunity to genuinely benefit from his great ideas towards your projects.
#5 HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR UPLINE; INFORM HIM ABOUT IMPORTANT NEWS AND UPDATES IN THE COMPANY AND OTHER LEADERS IN YOUR COMPANY: This is a passive way of letting him know that you can do without Him.
It's a way of reflecting to him that you Don't have anything to loose even if he leaves the business.
It will also bring to his consciousness what he is likely to loose if he doesn't work with you.
Most importantly, this act will present to him that your loyalty to him is likely to run out fast if he doesn't act fast.
These are ways you can motivate your upline. Like I said earlier, you should only spend your time doing these things if your upline is a leader whose ideas, energy and motivation will affect your team once he returns.
Don't waste time on an upline who isn't a leader.
Implement this and rock your network marketing business.
