For two years I thought that the recruiting process was hard, but when I changed my mindset and followed different leaders (don’t put your eggs all in one basket) I started signing up more and more people to my business without effort.

Then it hit me, that recruiting really is not hard at all.

It is the easiest thing that can be done when you do it right.

First things you need to have the right mindset of belief and faith.

Secondly you need to take action and implement.

Thirdly and most importantly you need to use the right systems. That is the key word right there; systems.

When you understand that it is the tool that you use and the method that you apply that create results, then you will understand how it is possible.

The formula is simple. A business + a system + traffic = sales.

How can it be applied? Get a system, send traffic to it, brand the business and sales will happen. But it may appear easy to write in words but you need to understand how it all works.
