Do Marketing Teams Outperform Individual Efforts?

Greetings Networking Professional, I appreciate your time and hope to provide a worthy discussion regarding the pros and cons of working within a team. I have been online awhile now, and have done this both ways and believe both have merit. The emphasis here is on performance and your own honest evaluation regarding your efforts. The fact that we are in network marketing suggests that we already believe in the power of building a network or a team but how one goes about it is the key as I see it. 

Trying to make everyone fit into this category or that category is a fallacy. We all have our unique talents and abilities, and yes, we much reach beyond our comfort zone, but building a reputable message or presence online is a must for long-term success and much easier if we are holding true to our own values and goals. You can do this as an individual or as a team. Some people like the "lone wolf" mentality, some don't. Personally, I believe working with like-minded individuals strengthen my skill set as a team player and as an individual marketer. 

Our current project reflects our mission to help people become more successful online by learning basic marketing skills, using proven programs as both income/lead generating sources, and tapping into the synergy that a possible when skillful leaders and members work together. Happy to report, that some folks who have never had success online before (generally means earning) are now able to do so working together as a team. This isn't a pie in the sky message, I am not saying work with us and you will make millions. Being a successful marketer online is hard work, takes time and perseverance, and sometimes takes a smidgen of luck to put it all together and have success. But what does work, is having a plan. A systematic way to find leads, contact those leads and then turn these leads into people on your team who can then do what you just showed them how to do regardless of their previous time or experience online. 

Having a system makes all the difference in the world! And the system that we have made is incredibly successful at defining basics, intermediate and advanced marketing techniques, the ideas behind them and results of taking action. Yes, our actions are tracked and compiled to help us see what is working and not working. I am proud of what we have here and even more proud that we are expanding with tools and resources all the time. 

Now it is up to you to take a look and decide if working with our team is beneficial for you or not. Ask yourself a few simple questions: 

• Are you as successful as you want to be right now online as a marketer?
• Are you growing your skill set daily and helping others?
• Do you provide value to others by using your unique talents and gifts?
• Are you uncomfortable with 95% of the tactics and empty promises and hype online?

We don't claim to be the fanciest marketers, you won't see pictures of mansions or a Rolls Royce in the driveway, but you will meet a group of great people who genuinely want to help members be successful with our tools and system.
