How To Find The Right People For Your Business!

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read my Business Announcement. 

So, today I want to talk about the best way to find the right people to join your business and how to located a potential leader for your team. So, the first thing that must happen in this process is to know how to have people looking at what you have. Without a consistent flow of new people looking at what you have, it will be hard to build that foundation that you need for your business to really grow in the way that you want. (More on this later). 

Once you have people that you can talk to about your business, it's time to put your networking skills to the test, I'm sure there are a lot of marketers out there that think they can build a successful business by just putting links in front of people and others will join as a result. That won't work, yes you may get a few sales here and there but in regards to building something long term and having that rock solid foundation more work is required. So, what am I talking about here? Well, you must get to know who you are talking to and allow that person to learn a bit about you as well. This will require asking the right questions. So, when meeting someone for the first time and you want to introduce your business / opportunity to them, first, find out what made them seek an opportunity like the one that you have? What is their WHY in wanting to get started in your Industry? What are their goals (Financial, and personal Goals), the reason for this is because you want to get them thinking, and dreaming about what they can accomplish with your opportunity. You want to get them to establish something to work towards, also in learning this you will have somethings to encourage them with whenever they feel discouraged and want to give up. Also, make sure if there's a cost to doing business with you that you ask them if they have an investment set aside to invest into your opportunity, this is crucial because if your opportunity cost $50 for an example and that person doesn't have that or don't have a way to come up with that investment then that person may not be the right fit for your business. 

Asking the right questions is very important in knowing if the person that you are talking to is the right fit for your business. Also, this will save you time in spending a lot of time with the wrong person, getting you nowhere. This is called Intelligence Gathering (In sales), the more questions the better, but it's important to ask the right questions that will move you and your prospect into a business working relationship together.
