Giving up is Not an Option Persist

Over the years I have run into many ways to invest. I was in a group that had many classes at one point, which was a lot of information to learn. I understood we needed to know what we were doing but with no way of implementing it right away, for me it all became a lot of words. I am a learner and I did my best to study and even take notes and put some of the information aside for when I wasn't taking the class and didn't have access to it. I did my best at following the marketing rules and sharing on various websites, in the end it was just another class and thousands of dollars down the drain. Although, I still have contact with those people I met, not a total loss.

After that I was hungry to learn more, I had many years before that of real estate exposure. I studied by myself on the internet, I was an office manager for a realtor where I performed all the duties that didn't include a license requirment. I also took the real estate exam three times, I realized too late i was totally over thinking it. Of couse I knew the answers, what's that, test anxiety ? I believe I had that for sure. None of this got me any close to my dreams of being a high powered real estate mogul. I do believe it was an important journey, however.

I kept my eyes out for any thing related to real estate over the years, I did bird dogging, I searched online for buyers for a wholesaler in 2020 for more than 7 months but no sales came from all my work, YIKES. I admit I was feeling like my time was wasted in that situation, yet I still learned from the experience.

I refused to give up the idea in my mind. I know my mind caused some of the issue in that situation, but this is not a manifesting article, its a different take on that situation.

Recently I ran into an opportunity to work with a real estate investment trust company. Now this is interesting too and I would love to share it with others absolutely. Some of the point of this is to show that its okay to make mistakes as long as your eyes are on the prize, your goal, your dream. Its all the bridge of incidents, leading to that whatever you want in life. Its okay to travel and see the sights along that trail. They say its the journey not the destinationt hat matters, not sure I am totally agreeing with that but the journey can be fun if you allow it to be.
