Why I love my direct sales business!

How many of you joined a direct sales mlm company in hopes of quitting your 9-5?  How many of you joined because you wanted to make "easy" money?  Or how about building relationships?  Did you join because you wanted to connect with like minded others?  Were you stuck in a rut and just wanted a change?  There are so many different reasons why we make the choice to join!  It' our why, and it is personal!  You must have a why, a story or experience that led you to making that leap of faith and joining whatever company you joined.  What were some of the things you considered when looking for a company?  Let me run down a few of my company must haves before I joined.  And some that I realized were important to me after I had already joined!  And break down my why for you!  I' about to get personal, which is what I am all about in my business!! Personal relationships is one of the biggest must haves I have on my list!!  So here it is.  My why!!  I have always worked!  Always had a job and always contributed financially in my home!  Then my husband was offered a really good job that pays very well!  But on the downside the hours are crazy!! He works a swing shift in which he can work up to 14 12 hour shifts in a row!  He doesn' have to, but he was putting in as much overtime as he could to make up for the loss of my income.  Together we decided it would be best for one parent to stay home with the kids because his shifts were so scattered and different days and times every week.  And it payed more than my job at the time so it made sense that I would be the one giving up my employment.  So that' what I did.  It killed me because I know how hard it was on me when the role was reversed and I had been the one working all the time!  He missed so much with the kids.  I missed him and felt like we just didn' have anytime together!!  You all relationships and marriages take work, and sometimes life gets in the way!  And it was hard and it was taking a toll o. Our marriage!  I had to do something!  So I started looming into at home opportunities.  I wanted something that I was passionate about.  I wanted something I could connect with people!  I needed something with a team that could help push me!  That could support me and keep me accountable!  That is so huge in your success!!  You have to build relationships!!  People buy people not products!  I wanted something new and consumable!  Nothing seemed to fit.  Then I heard about color street!!  And it was everything I was loomi g for and I am obsessed with the simplicity of the product.  So easy to use my 1st grader can apply them on her own!  After joining I realized something that was a plus but not on my list.  It is ground floor!  It's not saturated!  I get to share with people who never heard of it daily!!  So many companies are over saturated.  Starting on the ground floor...what does that mean for you?  It means you start at the top!  It means you are one of the first in what will eventually be level after level after level.  It means your business has the opportunity to grow bigger than you can even imagine!  For me this has been extremely eye opening!!  It is not a get rich quick scheme.  You will get out of your business what you put into it!!  Let me help you!  Every person that joins me gets 1 on 1 training weekly check ins for accountability!  Your success is a priority to me!!  So often we join and are left to figure it out on our own!  Then we lose our motivation!  I am offering an entire network of ladies and teammates to help you in your journey with a company that backs you 100% with so much potential for earning and growth!!!
