After selling makeup to professional makeup artists for over 60 years, Alcone developed its own makeup line for the direct sales market in 2015. Now grown to include 10 countries world wide, LimeLife is just only starting in its growth! The professional grade products are highly sought after and the company is continuously evolving with new products, training, and doing what we (the Beauty Guides) to become better!!

We seek to give every woman the chance to step into their confidence either by experiencing the highest quality professional makeup and luxury, natural skincare from around the world or by building her own successful business selling these amazing products. 

My team, myself, and the company works hard to empower people to achieve their goals and dreams. We have formed a sisterhood that not only grows as a team, but friendship as well!  Building confidence, knowledge, and empowerment. We are family-focused and value you for who you are! We are currently a small team that is growing! Each individual team member has her own goals and we work together to reach our team goal! We have almost daily trainings, weekly meetings, and of course constant communication to keep each other accountable!! You can participate is as little or all as you want!!

As a Beauty Guide for LimeLife by Alcone, you will earn up to 35% sales commission( and you get paid for every sale!!)  and, if you choose to lead a team, a percentage of your team’s total sales. Our compensation plan gives you the flexibility to use LimeLife by Alcone as an additional income or as your sole income, essentially it is your own business and you decide. Many members on my team are students or working moms!
