Pajama Commute after a good nights sleep!

WARNING - ENVY AHEAD!

You've been warned.

Don't say I didn't warn you. 

So while Illinois was hit with a bit if WINTER with actual SNOW (which we've hardly seen at all and I'm not mad at that) and backed up highways, I was lucky enough to only have to commute from my kitchen with a hot drink to my office, about 20 feet. And I regularly commute in my pajamas, especially during the winter months when I want to hibernate.

Though this winter has been very confusing for not only me, but mother nature as well. I've loved the warm days and while I didn't like that we went over a week with no sun, I still enjoyed the weather, however, our plants have started to peek out and bloom and trees have started to bud. I'm a bit concerned now that everything is frozen again that these trees and plants are going back dormant. I guess we will see what Spring brings.. whenever it really decides to show up for good.

So back to my pajama commute, yes I'm very lucky, I get my son ready for school (my daughter is in high school and therefore makes it out before we even get up) and drive him to school where he gets valet service every day. LUCKY KID! 

Then I get back home in under 10 minutes. I make something hot to drink and start my day. One thing I have been loving these last few days is that I have been getting better sleep then I have had as long as I can remember.
