The opportunity is home-based and not strictly reliant on home meetings, in fact, we are building 90%+ online!  Our team leaders have created a simple team system to help you launch, learn and lead at a high level and over 30 000 people have signed up with our team in the last 27 months.  There are weekly online meetings through webinars with our top leaders and a simple duplicatable system was set up to ensure your success as long as you follow the formula.  The team leaders have also set up an academy delivering training to increase your skill set and improve your mindset.

Commissions are paid at different stages.  You can earn a smart start bonus which is paid on a weekly basis, this bonus is paid as a result from a purchase made by preferred customers you enroll into your business and you earn 30%.  You also earn a smart start bonus for personally enrolled distributors to your business and this can constitute up to 40% depending on the pack you have enrolled with.  As a distributor, you must ensure to maintain 200PV per month which can flow from anywhere in your organization but you as the distributor must maintain 40PV per month.

Distributors are also paid a launch bonus which means you get paid for distributors enrolled by others in your organisation.  To qualify for this bonus you must be a pro 3 in the company and enrolled in a platinum pack.  You can start at the lowest pack and upgrade to the platinum pack within 3 months.

There is also a loyalty bonus which takes effect ones you reach a Pro1 level and is paid on a monthly basis.  Depending on which level you are will determine the "depth" you are paid in your organization, for example, a Pro1 will only earn 2 levels deep but a Pro2 earns 4 levels and so forth.
