EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR STEPS TO SUCCEED IN NETWORK MARKETING WITHOUT HAVING THE MENTALITY.

When I was young I always wonder why two people will be exposed to the same information but they will practicalize Them differently.

I have seen this in my team severally. I will train 5 team members in the same manner but few of them will utilise the information judiciously while others won't. 

Initially, I thought it was the information that was the cause, I also thought that my strategy wasn't good enough for such persons but after proper analysis, I realise that everything is based on mentality.

Everyone in life is focused on skills, steps, processes e.t.c without having the mentality.

The way I see it is that if you don't have the mentality, you can be exposed to the best technique, steps and processes in the world, you won't still utilise them.

Acting on the steps you have been taught is a different ball game.

There was a period in my business when I was able to recruit 22 people within 7 days. That was the period I started gaining momentum in my business.

It was mind blowing that I couldn't contain the excitement. I decided to share the strategy I used with all my team members and even with people in my company, I was so specific and accurate as I could but none of them were able to do it.

They weren't able to implement my steps to obtain the same results i got. It wasn't as if the steps were extremely difficult that none of them could do it, neither was it so technical or stressful.

None of these was the case , the only problem was that my mentality wasn't The same with theirs. I am not saying that I am better than them in anyway, no I am not but it's just that what I believed about my strategy was different from what they believed about it.

I trusted the strategy that was why it worked out for me.

 I showed them exactly what I did but none of them did it.

Mentality is everything.

Though skills, steps, processes 

lectures, training are ok but mentality is the main thing.

Let me put it in perspective.

I was struggling seriously in my network marketing business when I was new to this industry not until I made the decision to become a network marketing professional.

All along I was deceiving myself that I was a network marketing professional but the real day I made that concrete decision, everything changed.

My mentality about the network marketing industry changed.

The word I used was that I WILL BE DOING NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS UNTIL I DIE.

those words were so strong that I was scared of repeating them.

When you tell yourself that you will be doing network marketing until you die you will literally change your mentality.

You will start seeing different opportunities in our industry.

You will start reading everything about our industry.

You will start thinking long term about your network marketing business.

You will work on what you need to work on so as to succeed in the industry.

Everything about you will change, you won't be emotionally attached to the business. You will start building relationships with people knowing that someday they may be your team members since you will be doing the business until you die.

Once your mentality changes, any step , technique, process e.t.c will work for you. You will literary be ready to put in the work knowing that you will be doing this for life.

see , you just have to believe me when I say that you won't just succeed anyhow. It requires commitment and commitment comes with a different mentality.

Anyone can get excited but not everyone will be committed.

I know exactly what I am saying it very true and real.

Your mentality is what is holding you back. Expand your mind and your business will expand. Change your mentality and adopt any successful step to building your business and you will succeed.

One step or guide from any successful networker is enough, you don't need a thousand network marketing technique to be successful in our industry.

All you need is a change in your mentality.

Remember if it's all about steps or processes anyone can implement it. Everyone will follow it and see result. But it more of mentality.

Also note that it's not going to be easy because 

If it was easy everyone would do it.

Implement this and you will rock in your network marketing business.
