Why I Choose the Outcasts

For me, joining companies like It Works and Farmasi USA was the extra push I needed in this redemption phase of my life. I had wasted so much time being unproductive that I joined these companies with the intention of using it as a platform to change lives. Sure I have to sell products or recruit people to join my team, but my goal was, and is, to do so in more than a business aspect.

For those who don't know me, my name is Falen. I am a WAHM of 3. I went through a rough patch couple of years, got into a great relationship, turned my life around, and am now using these businesses to create the life I know I am capable of creating for myself and for my family. I know what it's like to have to start fresh and start all over again, and I'm hoping to inspire others who are on the same journey as I am. I hope to show them that anything is possible and that with hard work and hope, they too can redeem themselves from any situation.

My goal with these platforms is to empower anyone who might need the extra boost to get going on their journey. My goal is to reach out to those who constantly doubt their capabilities and share this opportunity with them so they too can rock this business. My goal is to build my team with those who are truly ready to get down and dirty to take control of their lives and their future.
