WHAT DO YOU DO FOR YOUR PEOPLE
There is no difference between building a family and building your business. To build a family you add one member at a time right. Then you nurture and coddle that member till they can stand on their own. Then you decide it is time to add another member.
You need to treat your business like a family and gradually add one family at a time although you do not need to coddle them you do need to give them all the tools necessary to ensure they get the right footing. You need to stay in touch and ensure them they are on the right path and help them in any way you can.
Too many people figure all they have to do is sign, sign, sign people up and then never talk to them again and then surprised when they drop out. The reason they leave is because they do not feel part of an organization, a part of the family so to speak.
So STOP take a look at those you do have in your organization, when was the last time you sent a personal email to each of them. When was the last time you called them to see how they were doing. Now phoning them all may be a little difficult but be sure to talk to the ones who are the newest or those you notice may be struggling.
I have learned this the hard way but like so many I was doing just as my recruiter did to me. I have been in many MLM companies where I was recruited and that was it. The only time my recruited wanted to talk to me was to invite me to a presentation and that was it. If I had questions they would get back if and when they had time but never did they go out of their way to get in touch with me.
What I like now is my recruiter and I have a great relationship as does my downline and I, we talk several time a week, strategize, share info and encourage each other. We do not leave anything to chance, we make sure we all know where we are going and how we are getting there. We are not afraid to share great information we find.

Maybe it is time to reflect, change your strategy and start building a strong foundation for your organization by changing the footprint of how you do things.
A strong people in your organization will make you more money than several weak ones. So strengthen the foundation, shore up your walls so they do not fall down around you.
