You Know... That Thing Called Life...? Yeah, well.....

As I am writing this off the top of my head, I am sitting here thinking of all these 188 phone calls 100 text messages I personally did  for my team to help THEM not myself. Well I guess that's not a fair statement. I will make residuals and overrides on it so it IS helping me in a way, but seriously. Listen I have a pet peeve and it is excuses. I am no more or less human with this thing called LIFE. I'm going through it just like you. Sooooo why am I aggravated? Here's why!

I work from home like some of us do. Now, since June 2016 I have ( REALLY deep breath) broken my foot and toe, found out my daughter is bipolar O.D.D. and a cutter and she was in and out of hospitals (she is stable now), had my ex (her Dad) forced back into our lives and he complicated everything and caused a lot of her instability by being a jerk to her and me, had carpal tunnels surgery, had a seizure post op, started with LegalShield, Mom was re-diagnosed with cancer, my check never came from short term, Mom goes in the hospital, my back goes out, mom dies, surgery on the other hand, my back does out again, back surgery, my kid goes into the hospital and transferred to an RTF, my ex beat me, we start therapy, back is not recovering, ex beats me again and stabs my friend for defending me, then i'm rushed into surgery, get out and no healing yet but still I took classes for Social Media Consulting, worked my LegalShield and started a Credit repair company and you need my HELP???? 

We as owners recruiting into our businesses have to find people who truly resonate with us. Their values and their work ethics have to MATCH. If not, we end up doing what I did for 24 hours while they put in minimal effort. I promise you, I will definitely am beginning to think that those on my team will be fired. I am growing. I do not need to babysit grown people. I am almost 41 and developing the business attitude I should have had years ago. I should have not been the doormat. I should have held myself to the highest standard and attract that while being my gypsy sage musical self. 

You have to elevate your vibration. You need to create your own music within your team. You all don't have to play the same note, but if you are not in tune, however slightly off it is, its noticeable. You must work like an orchestra. Everyone has a part and different skill set to create this beautiful melody. You never see the conductor off that podium. They are keeping everyone in line and on the beat. BE THE CONDUCTOR... Know your business and compose your music. Adjust it, change it, practice it but make it your own.
