90 Day All The Way Challenge!

Did you know it takes AT LEAST 21 days to form a new habit? Do you know I have been eating low carb for 2 years now and it still is not a habit!?? You know what IS a habit for me? THINKING about eating low carb. It is a habit of mine now to check every label of every product I pick up at the store. I say this because I used to not look at any kind of label or even cared what was in it. But after 2 years of looking at labels, I can pretty much tell you everything that is low carb. I play a game with myself now to see if I can guess the exact amount of carbs! Hey... make it fun and it IS fun! 

I have transformed my life to not caring what I put into my body, being "morbidly obese", single, no real job, basically homeless to losing weight, finding my dream job, marrying my soulmate, and buying our dream house! Now, do you think I just wished those things into my life and sat on my couch? Definitely not. I took action and did some simple tricks and techniques that transformed my life!
