You should know where you program works and should check the terms and conditions before you promote it so you don't waste your time and the other persons. I have seen one man on facebook  promoting Monese across the world and that is just wasting everyones time. For the UK all the banks are available as I have them all myself and some allow you to combine all the banks together.
