Something that will secure next 100 years for me and my next 2 generations

I was some who is proud of my work achievements, being a true leader in a large organisation, managing projects, people, and most importantly managing money. However, things changed when I went on my maternity leave. Company started going through restructure, and they have decided to remove the middle layer - which means, my position is no longer in the new structure. 

I was still pretty calm about things, especially when I knew that the restructure was coming before my leave. I quickly then applied for the new job, which should be a "transition job" from my previous. Then things started to go down hill from there. Things weren't easy to accept, especially when I got the phone call from my manager to said that I was not unsuccessful in my job application. 

Imagine this, you're on maternity leave, you know that you will be "out of job", but you can't apply now because your baby is still young, and all hiring companies out there are looking for people to start straight away. I was stressing out! I did not sleep well, could not eat well, worst thing is that my emotion affected me so much that my milk supply reduced, and my baby was crying because he didn't have enough to drink! The uneasiness about not having a job and still have to pay my mortgage is pushing me to depression. "I have to do something about this", I thought to myself.

So then I started looking for something that I could do at home, while I'm on mat leave and weird hours (when my baby is asleep), and most important of all, something that would not just end because of a restructure! There really isn't much out there that ticked all the boxes for me. I was getting even more upset, so I turned to my mum and told her what I was looking for, to see if she knows what's best for me.
