My service provides that preparation. The preparation is unique to each industry. I get to know the project and funding need by discussing with you, and then I am able to outline for you what my service provides in order for you to obtain funding. I have been doing this for years. I have a service fee depending on the project and the industry. An oil drilling company that drills for produced oil and needs funding to buy the land, equipment, or for other reasons. This industry is completely different from a construction company that needs funding. Even though either one may need working capital as well. The larger the requested amount either needs in funding the better. I have a compiled database of private investors as well. The consultation is free, pricing is dependent upon the industry and the project. Other examples are a start-up company in need of funding. I prefer one's that are in their second round. They need funding for various reasons. Same as above they need business plan/proposal, deck, internal rate of return, return on investment, minimum and maximum amount requested. executive summary, mission statement, exit strategy, feasibility, projections, and more. The more prepared professionals are, the faster they are able to get funded. I connect the funding sources, private investors, angel investors, venture capitalist and more to the project.
