$1200 - $4000 contracts gives you 8% of team bonus earnings

PERFORMANCE BONUS

This bonus is based on ranks which is determined by the total number of sales (new contracts bought) by your team. This bonus is paid once off when the rank is achieved and those sales are placed on Accumulated Sales and will contribute to the next rank.

Supervisor ($50 000 sales) pays $500

Manager ($100 000 sales) pays $1 000

Director ($500 000 sales) pays $5 000
