Best fit company? Is there such a thing....

Hi. My name is Ceri and I consider myself to be a seasoned mlm-er or direct seller having been in one role or another for a good 7 years.

I first started with Partylite about 7 years ago. I gave it my all, recruited, booked parties, showcased and promoted. It started off ok but I then started struggling after a couple of years. The parties became less and less and I became a seasonal seller, only selling in the Autumn and Winter. I then decided after trying their 3D fiberlash mascara  to join Younique..again, I recruited, did events, parties and started paying to advertise. I decided to let Partylite go as I felt it has run it's course and parties had dried up and I wanted to focus and give all my energy to one thing. Around this time last year, I realised that I was fighting again to keep my makeup business afloat. I had a small core group of customers  but could not attract new ones. I made the decision in January to join Gel Nail Box, a small, relatively new (in comparison to other companies) UK only business. In a short 10 months  I have built a team of over 20 ladies, achieved 2 promotions and already, I am feeling the most positive about this company in comparison to the others. 

So, what have I done differently to achieve this success?  Nothing I think....my only thoughts are, Gel Nail Box are UK only (at the momemt) and have less than 200 consultants in the UK. We do sell to Europe, but my core business is in the UK only. My support network is superb and I'm trying to pay that forward with my ladies. Is it that because I have a big interest in gel polish, that I actually do a better job of promoting?  I didn't think I did a bad job with my candles or makeup...maybe it's because I don't "sell" the polish, it sells itself? Whatever it is, I think I've found my best fit! My hopes for the future are that we do expand to other countries as it's not just the UK and Europe. You all deserve to have salon quality nails at home
