I am a Emergency Responder and the mental and physical stress took a huge toll on me this year, 2020. I was already overweight and time poor then I gained another 26 pounds. By May this year I was 52 pounds over a healthy weight for me. My immunity from stress got so low I contracted shingles and I suddenly had allergies to so many things that even now I am at high risk for the rest of my life.  2020 will never be forgotten in so many ways.

Good News! ( Apart from the allergies :( )  I have now turned that around.
