How Buying Leads Helped My Network Marketing Business

For some time I did not know I could buy leads for my business. Heck I did not even know what leads were.

But as I grew to understand how marketing on the whole worked, I understood what this word “lead” meant and I can safely and confidently say that this is what transformed my business.

It took me a while to understand that I was not buying leads. No one can really buy leads but what you are buying is impressions for your business. Kind of like an advertisement.

Just like you would advertise any business, the idea of buying leads, comes when someone responds to your advertisement on their own accord.

So it may seem as though you are buying leads but what you really are buying is an advertisement with the intention of receiving leads into your business.

A lead is simply a human being who is interested in your business. A prospect as you may call them.

I was able to go to the right sources. A source where people were already pre-framed and believed in the power of network marketing and making money online.

These were people who did not need much convincing about online home businesses. In effect they were people who were searching for business opportunities.

Therefore owners of blogs who write about network marketing or making money online are ideal sources that you can go to, to attract people who are interested in network marketing.

If people took the time to subscribe to a blog to receive its emails it means that those persons are who you want to engage because they are interested in what you are offering.

A Facebook fan page whose subject is about making money online or marketing is another source that you can tap into to speak to people who may be interested in your business. These people took the time to like the page and to frequently visit the page for information. So this source is the best that you can go to, to look for leads.

People in these forums are targeted and you can actually buy the opportunity to advertise to them by reaching out to the owners.

For example you can ask the owner of the blog to send an email blast to their subscribers to see if any of their subscribers are interested in your opportunity. If you have the right capture page with the right content you can have many people who will come to you for more information.

Target The Right People

Think of this as a Facebook ad. When you form an ad you have to put in the criteria that you want Facebook to consider when showing your ads to people. Would you ask Facebook to show your business opportunity ad to people who like Playstation gaming? Obviously not.

Likewise if you reach out to the source that is targeted to your niche then you will find the right people who are interested in your offer. This is how I was able to successfully recruit 20 people into my business in one month!

So you ask yourself is it worth buying leads for your business? If you want to grow your business fast then in my opinion the answer is yes.

You will learn that every online business needs prospects or leads to promote their offer to. If you do not have this then your business is dead.
