For years now, we have been consistently implementing our strategy of expanding from Poland worldwide, which has already become a reality - we are currently present on many foreign markets. We have enormous plans and dreams, which is why we are constantly trying to open new business markets. One of them, bearing fantastic potential, is the Canadian market, which is of great importance to us, which will be added to the existing US area on 16.04.2020.

The decision to add the Canadian market to another zone was based on voting conducted among active DuoLife Members from Canada. The Canadian market will thus become part of the US zone, with identical rules, currency and promotions that guarantee a lot of benefits as presented below.

I NEW CURRENCY

From April 16, 2020, the currency in the Canada zone for purchases and settlements will be the US dollar (USD). We believe that thanks to this, all financial operations will become simpler and more transparent for you.

On April 16, 2020, DuoLife Virtual Wallet of every Canadian Club Member will be converted from PLN to USD as per the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland from the previous business day. All transactions in the Virtual Wallet will be converted, and the current balance will be adjusted by an additional operation in the Virtual Wallet.

From 16.04.2020, all commissions under the Compensation Plan will be calculated in USD in line with the conversion rate of 1 pt = 0.25.

II PRODUCT PRICE LIST

Adding Canada to the US zone is associated with the need to introduce a new product price list with prices in USD. As a result, prices will change to cover all shipping costs for your orders for a minimum of 500 points from Poland to Canada. So far, the delivery of such an order has cost you around 50-80 $. In the new formula, the delivery cost will only be: USD 1! Think about how many additional benefits you can get with it, while also... saving money!

Of course, launching a new zone must mean... NEW PROMOTIONS! We have prepared unique offers especially for you, which are only valid on the Canadian market from 16.04 this year!

 Free delivery of parcels from 500 points

Having listened to your needs and wishing to improve logistics issues, from 16.04.2020 we will be delivering every order for a minimum of 500 points to Canada for 1$!

Note! Remember that the maximum customs value of goods with delivery to Canada is USD 600 gross. In the event of exceeding this customs value, customs and tax fees may apply, for which the Club Member shall be liable.

 Reduced delivery cost for the Day&Night set

Only now buying one DuoLife Day/Night Set for 250 points will get you a unique delivery discount! With this unique promotion, these products will reach you for 15$!

 Welcome gift

In response to your suggestions, each registration at the DuoLife Club at a minimum of 500 points will include a Welcome Gift in the form of a set of 2 glasses with the DuoLife logo. Thanks to them, you can measure the right amount of your favorite liquid products easily and pleasantly.

 Loyalty Bonus

Especially for Canadian Club Members, we are introducing a new Loyalty Bonus worth 500 points. By maintaining a monthly activity at the business level of 500 points, you will be receiving unique gifts in the form of products from the second Billing Period! IMPORTANT:

As a reward, you can choose any capsule from the Medical Formula series. All you have to do is enter its name in the note. In the absence of additional information in the order we will include BorelissPro NEW.

In the event of interruption in activity at the level of a minimum of 500 points, the process restarts, i.e. from the first Settlement Period in accordance with the above graphic.

The current 250-point Customer Loyalty Bonus will be withdrawn.

If a Member was already on their way to receive the bonus according to the old logic at the time of implementing the new 500 points Loyalty Bonus, they will be able to choose which Loyalty Bonus they want to use when placing the order.

Note:

The necessary changes in the MyDuoLife system will be carried out at night from 15 to 16 April at 00:00 to 6:00 Polish time, which may make it difficult to use its features. Therefore, we recommend that you do not log into the system at this time.
