An Easier Way To Recruit Without Rejection

In my network marketing days I remember being terrified of following up with my leads because I anticipated that they would either tell me no, get lost or block me. No one likes rejection.

But as I grew more in my business, I was told that I should get over myself and grow thick skin. We are all human beings and have feelings. So telling someone to get over it, was not the best solution there was, but at the time I felt it was the only solution.

After all I heard countless testimonials of other distributors who said they really did not care if they were ignored. They just did what they had to do and kept it moving.

Fear Of Rejection

Easy enough for some people but I know that there are a lot of people who fear rejection. Therefore I write this blog post for those people who are afraid of being rejected when they try to follow up with leads in their own business.

The reason why we follow up with a lead is because they originally expressed an interest in a product and you want to see whether they are still interested in that product or not.

As is human nature, some leads make it difficult for us to connect with them, either because they do not want to be bothered, so they ignore you. Or they are afraid to say they are no longer interested, so they block you.

I have too often come across this behaviour from many leads over and over and believe that it is not unique to one individual but common across many. So in a nutshell, as marketers it is something that we really have to deal with.

An Easier Way To Recruit

But what if you could recruit people into your business without having that fear of rejection bearing on you? What would you do if there was a “magical” way for you to follow up with your leads and know you do not have to meet the presence of their wrath.

Well ok it’s not magical but it is close. Let me show you the way.

If you use a marketing system that creates a capture page for you so you can get people to opt-in to that capture page, you can get leads into your business. The capture page is like your store front.

From that store front you will entice people to exchange their contact details for something of value that they will want to see.

When you have their contact details, which is usually their email address, you can send them follow up emails to their inbox.

The marketing system does this on your behalf. So not only is that system doing all the work for you on your behalf, if anyone decides that they are no longer interested, they can unsubscribe from your email list without communicating their lack of interest to you.

The marketing system also helps you to attract more leads into your business thereby making the effort of getting leads easy and growing your business.
