Acting in accordance with the strategy we adopted, the basic assumption of which was go out"from Poland to the world", we decided to take a milestone in the development of our company. We are pleased to inform you that we are starting the entry process of DuoLife S.A. to the Warsaw Stock Exchange! In the history of our company it will be a great and extremely important moment that we want to experience together with you, because it will also open new huge opportunities and business possibilities for you.
The process of our company's listing on the stock exchange will be guided by the unique and outstanding person of capital markets PhD of Law Ludwik Sobolewski, who in the years 2006-2013 held the position of the President of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.. At the same time, we are proud to announce that Ludwik Sobolewski has become a Member of the Supervisory Board of DuoLife S.A. and Goverby Investments, our development company implementing the DuoVita Smart Apartments project. His knowledge and experience will help us adapt to the long-term strategy of transparency accompanying the entry of each company to the Stock Exchange and undergo the necessary verification of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Doctor of law, member of the board of the National Center for Research and Development, President of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (2006-2013) and General Director of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (2013-2017). An outstanding specialist on the capital market, who for his achievements was awarded the Knight's Cross Medal of the of Polonia Restituta (2000) and Officer's Cross Medal of the Polonia Restituta (2001).
