There is one person at the top who gets all the money and the investors keep their fingers crossed that they are going to receive a return on their money, which rarely happens and money is lost.

MLM on the other hand is a genuine business opportunity and perfectly legal. It is a chance for any person from any walk of life to own their own business. It is effort based so the more you put in the more you get out and anyone can reach the top making a lifestyle they have designed and created a residual income. However, you need to choose the Company you want align yourself with carefully. Choose a well established Company with an excellent track record. Exclusive products with proven results and a second to none training and mentoring programme. All you need is motivation and an ambition to build a business

MLM is about social marketing. We all do it all of the time. We recommend things. Whether it be a restaurant, a film, a product - we recommend them to our friends, work colleagues etc. However, nobody pays us for that recommendation. With MLM you recommend the Companys products and the Company pays you a commission for doing so. Its as simple as that. Help is always at hand so although its your own business - youre never alone. Then you reach back down and help someone else do exactly the same and build their own business.

Many years ago when I was the Operations Director for a large manufacturing Company, I employed a young man as my assistant. He had just left school and his father insisted he went out and got a job rather than going to college to further his education. After working with this young man for a few weeks I decided to invite his father in for a chat. We discussed his sons future and I told him that his son was too bright to be in an Assistant role and that he should be allowed to go to college and take Business Studies.
