HERE THE COMPENSATION PLAN 

1. Enroll 3 Elite Qualified Lifestyle Consultants (QLCs) in your first 21 days and earn a $200 Fast Start Bonus. If you earn your Fast Start Bonus in your first 7 days, you will qualify for a Fast Start Bonus Reset, granting you 7  days from the moment of the reset to enroll 3 additional Elite QLCs and receive an additional $200 bonus. Upon earning the second bonus, you will qualify for a final reset and the ability to earn a third $200 bonus, for a total of $600 in Fast Start Bonuses in your first 21 days! 

Please note that Pro QLCs or a combination of Pro and Elite QLCs will trigger a $100 bonus. 

2. Earn up to $110 in Expansion Bonuses when Travel Advantage members enroll in your organization to unlimited levels, plus earn a 25% Match on the Expansion Bonuses earned by your personally sponsored LCs.

3. Daily Residuals are earned daily and pay out weekly. To qualify, you must maintain 6 Qualification Points for Silver levels and 9 Qualification Points for Gold levels and above from personally enrolled Members or QLCs. You must also meet Tri-Line Point requirements, where each leg may count for a percentage of the overall level point volume. Placed volume may not count for Silver 1-3. Refer to the chart for a complete breakdown.

4. Guest Pass Booking Bonuses are earned when your Guest Pass members save money on their hotel bookings. Earn a bonus equal to 100% of their savings, plus 50% of the savings of their guests, to unlimited levels.

5. Leadership Booking Bonuses are earned from the rank of Area Manager. When Travel Advantage members in your organization save money on their hotel bookings, you earn a commission on their total savings as outlined in the chart below.
