In order to build a powerful network marketing team within your organization you have to concentrate on each team member just like building infrastructure for any other type of Structure.

 Rather it be highways, buildings or any type of unit in which strength is needed With each unit you need to identify and inspect the structures that is within the unit

But when it comes to your network marking organization you need to identify with each member of your team the strength and weaknesses that each member has

Some individuals may need team building or or personal development or some some members may be shy or some members may be too outspoken some members may not just be friendly people ETC

The bottom line is everyone has something within their team that needs to be worked on and improved

How do we find out what needs to be improve to be improved first of all we need to take an examination of ourselves and with our team members cooperation Ask each other

As far as building a successful organization there are daily methods of operation that we must do the first daily method of operation

 1. We need to to within ourselves identify what we need and what we desire in the method and how we're going to obtain that and help someone else obtain their desires also

The main thing is we need to help one another that's the key because anyone can join an organization but are they going to be successful at it no not necessarily. The only way they're going to be successful at is with a system to help each other

One overlook Detail that many failed to do each day and it is an absolutely vital important detail that takes no longer than 5 minutes a day

that is to make a list of what you desire write it down as in the Bible

 Write it down and read it at least three times a day First thing in the morning, afternoon for lunch and right before you go to bed

It is such a very simple task people don't believe it but it's been working for years I discovered it by accident I really didn't believe it until I tried it

And and while you doing that What I want you to do is visualize it.

 For example let's say if you want a new Cadillac for example describe it in detail visualize it to the point where you can actually drive it.

  You can actually touch it you can actually drive it and imagine how it feels

Going and up and down like the road in that vehicle Listen to the music turn on the music put it on your favorite station who do you have riding with you yes utilize those visualizing steps because I want to tell you something believe it or not what you're visualizing is real it's real

Your conscious mind just don't know it at this moment but it's real just visualize it each step I want you to write it down and visualize it And not only visualizing it I want you to have that feeling that you will have when you're riding in that brand new Cadillac how does it feel you're going to have a smile on your face and you're going to be with the most perfect person in your life

 Who is that Person?
