If you cycle 12 times, the video does claim six times with the same people then you could make 12 Bitcoin no matter what they are valued at the time.

I say that you need to cycle 12 times with the same people because to get to the top cash, you need to cycle twice on each of the six levels, unless you have two pyramids, therefore, double the people.

Some of the very successful teams do the entire cycle of six levels in 90 days. I think it could be possible but you would need to get your people together very quickly.  

Once you and your downline complete the six levels, withdraw your 12 Bitcoin, then you have the opportunity to go through the six levels all over again. This can be done with the same downline. It keeps going over and over. Naturally, the more downlines you have, the more frequently you could cycle through all the six levels.
