A little over a year ago I was given a gadget called a Fitbit... I figured if I wore the thing and switched to a better diet I would lose weight- and I did so. I really liked it but there is much more to life than just losing weight.

The device is compatible with all smart phones. All of this is for a price equal to or less than other technologies even as it provides about 3 times as many options than does the competition.
