You do not want to take them all on at once.

Simply pick the one that you will be the best at, and then focus on making it a daily habit.

Once you learned it well, you will need less and less time each day to keep it going.

That is the time to learn and practice the next idea.

Becoming overwhelmed will lead to doing nothing, so take it slow and don't push it.
