The Dreaded IRS Firm 1099MISC

We need a Funding partner.

We are launching two programs that produce an ADDITIONAL income tax refunds for many taxpayers.

The first is an income tax benefit for foreclosure victims. There are over 4,000,000 who qualify for the program. The ‘additional’ refund (from which we receive 30%) ranges from $1,500 to $15,000. We extract 30% and send the balance to the client. We wish to set up an arrangement for the entire process be handled by one bank. The second involves relief for the dreaded IRS Form 1099MISC. This form 1099 creates a lot of grief for many recipients. Often, the recipient forgets about the additional taxable income created and does not take steps to prevent a big income tax increase upon filing his/her tax return. When the amount is significant from an income tax standpoint, most recipients fail to submit required estimated tax payments, resulting in tax penalties and interest(not to mention heightened interest by the IRS in the taxpayers situation). Form 1099 enrollees: 100,000 X $2,500 = $250,000,000

Foreclosure victim participants: 90,000 X (Average fee per enrollee) $1,500 = $135,000,000

We have the assistance of two additional income tax consulting firms. We can outsource any portion of the required document preparation to external tax preparation firms if required.

We hope to locate a funding partner to provide  $75,00 to fund a national promotion. We wish to set up a separate office to house the operation. The campaign will require two updated websites, search engine optimization, email and social media marketing efforts.
