WHAT TO DO IF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE NOT LISTENING TO YOU IN YOUR MLM

Trust you are doing a great job inside your network marketing business.

In today's training, I will introduce you to an idea in our industry. This idea is mostly ignored by many leaders and sponsors.

As I see it, one needs to understand it else you may work yourself out by trying to control things that are beyond your control.

According to Jim Rohn " don't try to change things from outside, change the inside and the outside will take care of itself".

You can't change any external problem.

What you have to do is to concentrate with your work and you will never worry about changing anything else.

Many people in our industry always try preserving their team members, they forget that everyone is a boss on its own.

They sometimes bring the employee's mindset to our industry and end up disturbing themselves when no one is paying heed to them.

There's no boss in our industry, you don't have to expect anyone to follow your lead.

You are in the industry of volunteer armies. You are not here to instruct any one on what to do.

You are only here to help those who are interested.

You are here to work with the willing. Don't expect anyone to listen to what you say.

Your duty is to speak, keep on speaking, those who are interested will listen to you.

Most people always ask me; " MAC-FRANCIS how do you make your team members Listen to what you say, mine are very stubborn and I think I'll call you over to come help me talk to them". 

Hmmm ..... really??

My response is always the same.

Every team is the same.

It's not your duty to make anyone listen to you.

It's not your duty to guide your team members from joining another business or another team.

It's not your duty to drag your team members across the finish line.

It's not your duty to do anything outside your control.

Your duty is to discover what you should do. Keep on playing your part.

Your team members that are in the same frequency with you, will automatically be attracted to you. 

I have seen many people trying to change things that are out of their control, what always happens is that they end up working themselves out.

Never allow any team member rub you off the fun in this great industry.

You can enjoy every moment of your stay in your business by focusing on your actions.
