I teach people how to eliminate toxins out of their homes and increase the safety of their homes. The Marketing Executive Role that I am searching for is a self-starter and will be a marketing strategist, brand steward and creative leader who will create awareness by building relationships with consumer's and setting appointments to educate prospective customers about the company. This role will also protect the brand's integrity with outstanding representation of the company. He/she will effectively utilize social media, friends, family and acquaintances to build a network of people who will ultimately convert their homes by shopping with this online Wellness Manufacturer. This role will educate prospective customers via a presentation or face-to-face educational meetings as well as the enrollment process to become a preferred member. This role will also assist in training possible customers to become Marketing Executives. This position is 100% remote and extremely flexible.

• Manage leads and customers: create lead alerts, engagement and tracking tools.

• Experience presenting to partners including marketing, product, and executives as well as consumers.

• Build presence: reputation, social media platforms and in your community

• Enjoys achievement and exceeding expectations.

• Enjoys developing relationships to achieve client success and customer retention.

• Retain, manage, and grow consumers s in the ever-changing digital landscape.

• Superior oral and written communication skills.

• Drive awareness & leads: social, display, video, and mobile, and in-person.

• Acts to expediently identify customer questions, gather appropriate facts and resolve customer issues including escalating to management as appropriate.

• Actively listens to customers/s and solicits their feedback to better understand their needs.

Qualifications & Additional Responsibilities:

• Work within a team to manage the client relationship and retain and build account revenue

• Communicate with customers proactively via phone, email, messaging and in person

• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, proposals and demonstrations when desired.

• Manage a specified sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success

• Conduct consumer check-ins monthly
