The turnaround time for the support tickets and refund requests is generally, from my experience, the day of submission or the day after submission, but I’ve not encountered any longer timeline. Tech support does just that; they support us at every turn possible. You never know when you’ll need an answer to a question that you’ve never encountered before, and they are our go-to for answers.
