Members simply search for Merchants and submit reviews on the LOCAL City platform - where business has been done in the last 30 DAYS. IF the review is the first one submitted and approved the Corporate team then approach the Merchant and present the huge benefits of  being  part of the platform.

IF the Merchant(s) makes the decision to come aboard, with a paid ad package, 20% recurring commission is paid to the Member, for the life of the Merchant on the platform.  Average time to determine IF the Merchant will upgrade is 6 to 8 weeks.
