HOW TO SUCCEED IN NETWOR MARKETING:

I started with Network marketing in 2001 upon resigning from my pharmacy 

profession. I did quite well and very much liked what I was doing

One thing though really bothered me a lot in that the Success rate generally

was very low and many of my friends would not make it-the odds were against

the majority.

I retired late 2017 for almost two years and spent most of the

time in solitude in prayers, meditations and some research and reading

There are many factors that will contribute and influence the success

in network marketing and here I will address just some of them

and these should not be considered as the only ones.

1) The Product; This for me I consider is the number one factor and the most

   important thing one has to seriously consider before joining and network

   marketing Company

 a) Do you really like the product and if it were not for the money part

   of it would you be involved?

 b) What is the Niche? Is it acceptable or rather demanded by wide spectrum?

    Gender, Ethnicity, age, Social Status, Geographical locations

    etc. the bigger the niche the better and more sustainable the program

 c) The pricing. Does it compare favorably with similar products in the market or it is overpriced

 e) Demand: Is there actual Demand for the product or it is only powered by the money machine 

 f) Are there mandatory continued monthly purchases of the products or only one time payment

2) The Compensation Plan: This one another BIG one. The success of the networker does very

 much depend on the compensation plan. There are no shortages of them compensation plan, from Unilevel, Binary, high breed (combining two or three) and many more someone cannot even understand. 

  The Simpler to understand the compensation plans the better and more achievable.

   To me the binary where you need only to sponsor two people and proper teamwork leveraging on the

    power of compounding and duplication one could climb to the top of the echelons of leadership hierarchy

3) TRAINING The company should have ongoing training on the Products, marketing, and Self Development

  programs for the members

4)Tools and Facilities; The company should avail tools and facilities like holding webinars, seminars

   and presentations to assist the members succeed

5) Thinking out of the box to Increase the astonishing Low rate of success in MLM

   "Wholistic Training to install the following success traits in the members =

         6 Success C's

Commitment = Discipline

Confidence = Belief

Courage = Embracing Fear

Consistence = daily baby steps

Concentration =Focus

Compliance = Playing by the Rules
