Where do you start?
This a question we all have to answer at one point or the other.
There is always a place to Start any worthwhile Venture in Life.
Called "THE STARTING POINT"
A journey of a thousand miles begins at a point zero.
Marathon runners start at the starting point with the end in mind.
The same applies to you as an entrepreneur who wants to make a difference in the world.
However, between the starting point and the End point there is an in between called the journey
where you have to overcome the rigours and the challenges of the journey and this requires
- effort
- determination
- grinding,
- dexterity,
- commitment
- persistence,
- perseverance
- and creativity fired
- by desire and passion
- and enthusiasm
to achieve and finish the race wining the price of higher calling.
The starting point, is the starting point and not the end point but you must run
your race with endurance and with the end in mind to conquer and Win.
This a quote from a friend that says-
"Just step out. There are many factors that will mitigate against you taking that
leap of faith and the biggest of all is the fear of failure.
You must recognise that the step to greatness will demand courage and an unblinking focus,
all you are expected to do is step out and if you fail, you step out again till you
make a real success of that move; not taking that step is worse that failing. Afolabi Andu
For example where do you start learning how to be writer?
Legendary copywriter, Gary Halbert, once said,
“Writing gets easier. However, starting to write does not.”
Ain’t that the truth?
You probably know what you need to do.
Maybe even how to do it.
But you never seem to get the ball rolling, do you?
Well, let me just tell you, that I know it’s anything but easy.
But it’s worth it.
Because starting is the hardest part.
The difference between successful people and unsuccessful
people is that successful people find ways to start, even if they
don’t know where or how.
They jump into the pool and start paddling.
It’s not to say they aren’t scared.
They’re scared all right.
Many wet their pants.
But they do it anyway with wet pants.
And you know the best part?
No matter how scared they are, no matter how uneducated they are,
no matter how much they risk starting out – it always works out in the end.
Start now Here Don’t sit on your hands.
