I am a 2X breast cancer survivor, have had Crohn’s disease most of my adult life so I have experienced inflammation and ill-health first hand.  Fortunately this does not define me!  I am also an author (The Elephant in the Cancer Clinic: How to Talk About Breast Canceer to Get What You Need and Want), a cyclist, walker, Mom, wife and dog lover.  I have had many health challenges in life but I have never let them stop me.  I believe we have to live in integrity, do and be our best, inspire others and empower ourselves to lead the richest and most fulfilling life we can with little to no whining allowed!
