Please understand that the company I'm partnered with is very selective and not everyone will be chosen. We are looking for those with coachability, good conversation skills, and above all else a positive mental outlook.
Also understand that this is not a multi-level marketing company. You will not have to worry about having home parties, carrying an inventory, or making deliveries of products. You will not be a distributor. You do not have to invest anything or buy a business kit.

Our team provides you with a list of people who have requested information about working at home. You will simply call/text and ask one question, “Are you still looking for an honest and ethical job that you can do from home?” If they say yes, you will set an appointment for them to speak to a Trainer or Team Leader. If they love what we share and decide they want to start, our company will pay you $17.50 each. On top of your $17.50 commission, you will be paid residual income and there are some excellent bonuses available when you hit the company set goals. In many cases, you will earn more than $17.50 per account set up.
I can provide the detailed payplan in writing, along with the company's average income statistics. You will make your own flexible schedule as we are a family-comes-first kind of company. Our team uses a simple system of setting appointments and sending text messages to people who have requested info about an at-home job do set up accounts. From there, Melaleuca employs over 5000 people who handle the customer service, sales, shipping account maintenance and everything in between.
The Appointment Setter Role only makes calls and sets appointments. Then a Team Leader or Mentor handles giving the person you have called all of the info on what Melaleuca offers, both as a home-based business and as a manufacturing company. We provide the lists of people to call at no cost to you. We also provide training and ongoing support (also for free). Our team will make sure you have everything you need to succeed, plus Melaleuca will be there to provide additional support and training.
For every account we open from an appointment that you have set, the company will pay you the $17.50 (plus residual and bonuses when eligible) by either direct deposit or paper check. The appointment setter role is a 1099 position. Since we have a list of people who already requested info about working at home, you are not forced to recruit friends or family. There are no hassles or surprises. We tell people about the company one time. No repeat presentations and no pressuring people to purchase things that they don't need. Again, no home parties, no making deliveries or passing out catalogs and none of the hassles that typically go along with MLM.
