PERFECT Timing
Is there ever anything called PERFECT TIMING when it comes to joining a company or starting a business? NO as there are so many determining factors and first is YOU. Is the time right for you? Is the product something you feel comfortable with?
These are the most important things to think about when you join a company. DO NOT join just to support someone ie a friend or relative if you do not feel comfortable unless you just want to use the products. But remember you can always say the TIME is not right as an excuse not to step out of your comfort zone and try something that is new and different.
If a company is new you have no guarantees it will still be around in one, two, five or ten years but if you join an older more established business the question is can you get clients, customers or recruits.
There are several hopes when joining a new company and those are customer curiosity as no one has heard the name nor seen the products but at the same time this can be just as big a turn away for many people as it is not well established, no one has heard of it and people don’t want to take a chance.
Never can you saturate a market no matter what company you are in there will always be people who want or need what you are promoting. You just have to figure out how to promote more often and more attractively than anyone else.
Whatever business you are thinking of ask your friends and family if they have heard of it and if they haven’t then that is a good place to start. Tell them you are starting your own xyz company and the products it promotes and ask them to buy just one product from you and give you their opinion. Record these opinions and use them as testimonials on your brochures. Testimonials make good reading and add credibility to your products. Making your own brochures is easy. Here is what I suggest going around collecting brochures from various place then read them over circling what you like the best about each brochure now taking what you like rewrite it with your company or products in mind. Now you need to add something of value to your brochure that can be given away and easily attached. I use a $200 travel discount gift card that cost 20 cents. People like to get something for free and they also like to feel appreciated for their time.
Start today with a company whose product you feel good about and see where it takes you.
I am giving away my ebook of essential information to anyone who joins me as a Platinum member. I will also give then the template to my gift card and where to get the goop to attach the travel cards.
