So you may be new to this whole Network/affiliate marketing industry and there is nothing wrong with that. We all had to start somewhere.
Facebook is a great place to start. Did you know that Facebook has more than 1.7 billion active members? That is a huge population to market too.
Now we realize not all 1.7 billion are on your friends list but during these trainings we will teach you to increase eyes on your page, which in turn will increase leads. We will also teach you the correct way to advertise an opportunity versus just flashing wads of cash.
This is a quick guide to get you started. We will go more in depth as we move forward.
So you may be wondering why you are not getting any interaction from your audience. Here are a couple ideas.
1. Your profile is set to Private. In order to succeed when working from Facebook you must have a
public profile. People can’t see anything you post if it’s set to private.
2. People don’t want to see business 24/7. If you post non-stop about your business people will hit the un-follow you and all posts will be lost in Facebook land.
3. You have a low Edgerank. Without getting to technical, an Edgerank is how social Facebook sees you. In other words a low Edgerank = very low audience.
Do not stress. There are simple daily tasks you can do to increase your audience interaction.
1. The first step is to increase your audience. Head into groups and join like ladders (everyone that likes your name you add them as a friend) and start adding friends. A good rule of thumb is to try to get them to add you as a friend. And go slow. I try to add 4-5 an hour and not all at once. We will go more in depth in future trainings on adding friends.
2. Another simple start is to interact with people. They don’t call it Social Media for nothing. This is key to being seen. If there are people you have not seen pop up in your newsfeed in a while, go to their page and like and comment on their posts and photos. Whoever you interact with daily you will see in your newsfeed daily. If you don’t interact with new people daily you will not have new eyes on your posts. This will lead to no audience again.
3. Give value and inspiration on your posts. Positivity goes a long way when you are working online. If you provide a positive atmosphere with value and inspiration, people will keep coming back.
4. Let your audience see the real you. If they have to scroll through tons of business posts they start to see the business and not you, the person behind it. Your audience will start ignoring your business posts and not interacting on them. No interaction means lowering your Edgerank, which puts us back to square one. Start posting about you, what you like, your kids, your pets, anything that gives them a glimpse into the person behind the business.
5. Interaction posts are a must. These can be very fun and a good way to get more likes and comments. They include questions, what ifs, polls, games, do you see it, etc. We will help get more people to interact on your posts.
And remember CONSISTENCY is key. You can’t skip days and pick up when you feel like it and be successful. If you are not consistent in posts and interactions this will not work.
