Build at the expense of others

WHY IS IT, so many online marketers build their business at the expense of others? 

What I mean is they make their business opportunity look like the best shiny opportunity out there so they attract the weakest of people looking for that next GREAT shiny object. Then once they have them signed up as a member of their business, they forget who they are.

It is humbling to remember all those who got you to where you are today because without them you would not have climbed the ladder instead it may be you looking for a great opportunity.

Write you opportunity with NO hype, NO words of deception, rather write it like it is. Tell them what YOU are going to do for them. How you are going to spend a time, coach them, mentor them, show them a few tools and help them get ahead so they too can climb the ladder but do not teach them all your bad habits.

How you are concerned about their success, how you hold Q & As several times weekly where they can come bring their questions and get answers. How if they have an issue you will do everything you can to help them get it resolved.

That is what makes a great leader and a great leader is sure to be successful.

Those who drop their enrollers are people who probably never had a leader as their enroller. So STOP the cycle and show those you enroll how it is done properly.

A truly success person plugs in with those people in their business who are being successful not those who are doing nothing and going no where.

When your company holds a convention, do you stick with your group or do you mingle among the highest achievers to find out what they are doing and how they do it to achieve the success they have.

Do you teach your team great ideas about advertising, how to create great emailers? You can’t teach what you don’t know so you maybe need to do some studying so you have great knowledge to pass on to those you have enrolled.
