car plan - the company pay a monthly sum into your account towards a car of your choice. The amount depends on what level on the incentive is achieved

global rally - when this incentive is achieved the company fly you out to the destination which is different each year. 5 star hotel, spending money and lots of training from the top leaders in the company. The length of time spent there and the value of spending money depends on what level has been achieved.

chairman's bonus - the company put a percentage of it's profits back into a pot and pays it back to its business owners as a bonus for their hard work. The amount paid depends if you have qualified for this incentive and what level you have achieved! 

and plenty more team incentives - this are smaller incentives set by the teams managers. This could be anything from a weekend stay in a local hotel, a product, training at the leaders house and lots more. 

All of these incentives are there for everyone, you just have to put the work in, be consistent and achieve them. All incentives have different levels to work towards for them to be achieved.
