The long story is that it is multi matrix system, that starts with just $0.50 cents. That will end up with a member having nine, yes nine (9) streams of income and hundreds if not thousands of paid re-entry positions in all nine matrices.

A member may be totally passive or active. To inspire a person to be active they pay both a level commission a referral commission. NOT TO THE SPONSOR, but to the member who has sponsored or piffed in at least 4 members, the higher matrices have higher sponsor of piff requirements, to get the extra referral commissions.

To qualify for the early matrix referral commissions, you need 4 people personally sponsored. Do not worry, if you cannot sponsor anyone, because, there will be a piff pool and anyone you piff for $0.50 cents will become your personal referral. The maximum qualification is 16.

So, you can be active or passive and once launched you can purchase higher positions. Once launched the program will be totally company forced. All matrices are 4 wide by varying depths.

If you can’t get four people, no problem, you still get paid all the level commissions.

What I did, was watch the video right through, then I watched it again using the start. stop to check out the various matrix costs, and sponsor requirements and payouts. 
 

So, if this clicks with you, you will see that it is both a long term and short-term system. A person can be active or passive. Everyone starts with $0.50 cents, but once launched you can purchase positions into the higher levels ranging from $5 to $200.
