Lead magnet vs. content networking while being heard

Although my personality type has always been the type to consider my actions throughout life events. The ability to find myself thinking about my actions now more than ever might out way many other past expectation placed in my path from the years already gone. A bar that has been set extremely high while being motivated to be a team builder through my efforts and daily performance. Has consumed me to the point of creation, creation, content as my time is now money. Lead by example is my moto while carrying the weight too actually do so. The beautifully walk I have is reminded to walk the walk. Even if it means learning to walk all over due to the fact that I am talking the talk that requires leadership. I am now working effortlessly (save energy) to gain results first through my ability to create content secondly through my ability to team build and thirdly through both knowledge & technology. (Yes I mean effortlessly in hopes of not becoming exhausted because of all that needs to be done) Through work ethics as well as encouraging my team to work effortless and build constructive content even with what they may feel is (nothing) poor material to market. As the material in hand to market might need to be simply revised to a more professional style then placed in production. My goal is to see others at their best while doing something they love while reaping the rewards each day. I love content creation & story tellers that are part of this team. I enjoy being informed of others ability to realize they always have something to place in production to work for them. Although connections are the lifeblood of my thriving business my ability to live on my own terms is what push me each day to work toward the success of creating venture partnering. I love being told that I have selected a poor form for a lead magnet when in fact I know that in spite of the other person opinion I actual have shocked them to the point of them know thinking with no need of any box. While not only have my thoughts been selective conform to no longer have a box in which to think out of but a problem for myself as well as others have just been solved. Working hard is a fundamental while this gives me the ability to play even harder while continuing to work. It is true that we as people should create a lifestyle that does not require a vacation. My ideal day is working at a workstation inside my home a home that has the ability to run as a business from my laptop while knowing exactly what needs to be done to generate revenue to provide for my team as though family.
