Once an order has been placed
Our automated system will verify the customer’s payment method and other provided information. We typically reserve funds on the credit card while we verify the order.
If our fraud prevention system flags the order for any reason, including random inspections, the order is placed on hold for manual verification.
Orders on hold are verified by our staff by several methods, including calling the member directly.
Held orders can result in three outcomes: denied, approved with advance commissions or approved with as-earned commissions.
Denied orders: We release the reserved funds from the payment method, if any, and no commission is issued.
Approved orders: We bill the payment method and send out new member fulfillment information to the member.
Approved with advance commissions: These orders pay out commissions with the standard advance, just as if they were never held for verification.
Approved with as-earned commissions: These orders count as a normal sale for bonus purposes, but the commissions on this sale are paid out after each payment by the member, rather than having multiple months of commission paid out in advance.
