Wouldn't you like your compensation plan will be easier to explain?
You know you want more money.
You know network marketing can give you what you want.
You know it's a challenge but you'll make new friend for life.
You know the number never lies.
And you know you'll help a lot of people and make the world a better place to live in.
You have my respect.
I'm impressed and you have my endless appreciation.
It's not obvious you know all this
You know a lot more than the average person.
You should tap on your shoulder, well done.
But let's get real, why the hell the compensation plan of the MLM Company you choose, the economical tool you choose, have to be so complicated.
And why there are so have to and ranks and volume.
What is it good for?
Well, there are several reasons and you shouldn’t care of any of them, absolutely zero interest, but since I brought it up, I'll give you what I think are the two main reasons and at some companies you can find only one of them and other you can find more than just these two.
Number one, to give you a purpose, what to pursue after, to give you goals.
I like this reason, people need drive and generally, the company will earn more, you'll earn more.
It's OK, it a good reason for a good purpose.
Number two is to pay you less.
If you won't buy this and that volume you won't meet the criteria and you won't get paid.
Usually you see it in binary systems and the companies that pays (or not) every week, you have to meet high criteria every week.
But you can find it in all companies no matter if they are paying weekly, twice a month or once a month.
I'll be more than happy to hear your thought about it.
Why the hell the compensation plans are so complicated.
I didn't like it.
Why?
Because if I brought money to the company, I should get my share.
Is this sound good reason for you?
Do you agree with me?
That's one of the reasons why I choose the company I'm in it now and for the rest of my life.
That why my 18 years son, is registered too.
Want to hear all the details on my compensation plan?
It goes like this.
You brought a customer to the company? You get paid.
You will get paid as long as the customer will continue to buy the product.
And since it's a monthly subscription you'll get paid every month.
And because people almost never cancel the subscription, you'll get paid endlessly.
I'll be happy to tell you why people keep their subscription for years after years.
Contact me and I'll tell you all you want to hear.
