The history of CBD Hemp Oil >>>>> https://goo.gl/qC5qTS
CBD is not new. The use of CBD dates back to the 19th century. Queen Victoria used cannabis to alleviate menstrual cramp and relied on it frequently. In the 1980s, studies hinted that CBD could alleviate certain types of pain, anxiety and nausea. In 2010, highly concentrated CBD oil showed some success in shrinking a child’s cancerous tumor. In 2013, CBD-rich oil was able to treat 99% of a young girl’s severe seizures. a dog receiving CBD supplements seemed to have reduced seizures.
a short lesson about what CBD is and IS NOT. by Dr.Dick who has a doctorate is in Chemistry.
Both marijuana and hemp are members of the cannabis sativa plant species. Marijuana contains much higher amounts of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the cannabinoid that gives pot smokers the “high” they are seeking. Marijuana’s “cousin,” hemp, contains almost no THC. So-called “industrial hemp,” which can be used for paper, textiles, clothing, biodegradable plastics, paint, insulation, biofuel, food, and animal feed, is specifically bred to have very low THC content.
Hemp contains relatively high amounts of another cannabinoid called cannabidiol or CBD. CBD is NOT a psychoactive drug and is legal in all 50 states. It appears to have a number of health benefits, largely based on testimonials from those who have used it. These include reduction of anxiety, improved sleep, and reduced inflammation/pain.
CBD should not be confused with Hemp Oil, which is cold-pressed from hemp seeds. CBD comes largely from the flower of the hemp plant.
The term “medical marijuana” refers to the use of THC and/or CBD for medical treatment. It is currently legal in most states under a physician’s supervision. RECREATIONAL use of marijuana is “legal” only in Washington, Oregon and Colorado currently and is still ILLEGAL under federal law. Most of the scientific research on medical use of cannabinoids has taken place in countries other than the USA because of restrictive laws here.
CTFO’s new products are based on CBD only. They are legal in all 50 states. And while they may have significant health benefits, the company is NOT making any medical claims – Approximately SEVENTEEN new CTFO products based on CBD will be available by January 1, 2018.How does CBD work on the human and animal body and systems?
Each living being has an endogenous cannabinoid system. This system is potentially the most important physiologic system involved in establishing and maintaining health. Endocannabinoids and their receptors are found throughout the body: in the brain, organs, connective tissues, glands, and immune cells. In each tissue, the cannabinoid system performs different tasks, but the goal is always the same: homeostasis, the maintenance of a stable internal environment despite fluctuations in the external environment. The cannabinoid system also helps cells talk to each other.
Honestly, the complete explanation of how CBD works is a little complicated. The bottom line though is CBD interacts naturally with the immune and nervous system of your pets, making them more confident, more relaxed and healthier across the board.
