How To Get Sign Ups For ANY Business That You Promote.

So you have just signed up to a network marketing company and now your goal is to get as many people into your downline as possible. But just how do you do that?  

You talk to your mom, dad, brothers, sisters, aunts, cousins and uncles and they are a bit sceptical about this new venture that you are in. One even comments that they “will wait and see how you do”.

Does that sound familiar?

Look, one thing that I have learnt in this industry or when you go into business for yourself as a matter of fact, is that your biggest supporters will never be friends or family.

Rule them out from day one.

But believe it or not, you can be successful in any business that you want without the support of friends and family.

Provide Value

When I started internet marketing, I learnt the importance of providing value to people. They say that the key to getting sign ups to your business is to help as many people as possible solve a problem.

So if you are in the weight loss niche for example, show how your products have helped people. Stay away from product posts. Instead results posts may be better received because they show the results that your prospect can have if they use your product.

You also want to focus on portraying the benefits of the product. How can the product help someone? When posting be creative. Write a story of your journey after using the product. If you do not use the product then write someone else’s story. But the key thing is to always provide valuable content that people can benefit and learn from.

If you learn how to market yourself then sales automatically follow. Never pursue the money. So the sales pitch that you are thinking of, pause for a moment before you open your mouth or write that message.

Build Relationships

Building relationships is key to turning a cold prospect to a warm buyer. Get to know someone. If you are using social media, comment on their posts. Like their posts. This shows that you are engaged in what they are doing and you do not only want to use them for their sale.

Do that long enough and eventually when it comes time to buying the product you will be at the forefront of their mind as you took the time to get to know them.

Give Away Something For Free

It really is not hard to give away something for free. Who does not like a freebie?

This tactic works best when you are trying to build an email list and you want more people to listen to what you have to say.

So a bribe with a free product is the way to go.

There are many private label rights products on the internet that you can buy for a small price. Purchase one of these products in your niche and if you think that its content can be helpful to your prospect list then give it away for free and build your list this way.

They say that money is in the list. Very true. When you build a list in a particular niche you can market anything to that list and make sales from it.

Become An Authority

This last point is not a hard task to complete. In your work from home business you are likely to learn a lot. Share what you are learning with people. People are always willing to learn something new if it is going to help them achieve a result in their own business.

When you become an authority in your chosen field people tend to trust you more. When there is trust, they believe in your recommendations and will be loyal to your proposals.

That is why it is so important to build a loyal fan base and build your own brand. Do not focus on promoting a company. Focus on building yourself.

If for example your network marketing company shuts down and you decide to join a new company you will have followers because they know you and trust you.

This is the most important advice that I can give to you as a business owner. For two years I spent my time promoting a network marketing company and not marketing myself.
