You join the company at any one of the following entry levels;

▪$100 -Q silver (8%) ~ *60PV* Prediamond level.

▪$290-silver (8%) ~ *120PV* Prediamond level

▪$500 - gold (10%) ~ *240 PV* Prediamond level

▪$1300 - platinum (12%) ~*720 PV* Diamond 1 level

▪$2900 - platinum VIP (12% + 1% sharing) ~ *1680 PV* Diamond 2 level.

After joining, a member is required to maintain at *30P V* every month. PV are values attached to the longrich products. They vary from product to Product. Members are required to maintain their accounts by buying *30 PV* worth of products. No need to buy more if you don't want to because members are not forced to sell products.

It is based on a simple 3×3 matrix. Join, introduce 3 people, teach them to replicate and earn weekly. 

Ranks go from Diamond 1 to Diamond 7, then star director 1 to start director 5. The business is designed such that everyone moves up the ranks in the team. An upliner cannot progress if downliners do not progress. 

You need just 2 legs to be functional to get WEEKLY payments.

In LongRich, you get compensated in different ways and these are:

2. Performance Bonus(Weekly)

Paid on two weak Legs for PVs generated per week. It is based on entry level. That is percentage used to pay is the entry level percentage.

3. Development Bonus (Weekly)

Standard 10% payment for 2 downlines registered under you.

4. Leadership Bonus (Monthly)

It is tied to maintanance. Paid at 10-45 %. 

5. Retail/Repeat Bonus (Monthly)

Also called maintenance bonus. Paid only if you maintain. It is 4.5 % of what your existing team generated that month.
